1.Screw thread
(1) Three times pressing in this structure ensures the sufficiently squeezed of the materials.

(2)The screw thread is made of Cr12 die steel. Cr12 die steel has a high resistance to abrasion,which can prolong the service life of the machine.

2. Strip rows of the oil press machine
(1) New type oil press machine uses strip rows.The space between screw rows is very small, so the skimming riser is reduced, the oil outout is improved.
(2) At the same time, the barrel of new type oil press uses electric heating rings to make sure the best temperature for oil press. And it can change temperature according different materials.

(3)Between strip rows are swirl groove so that the material can be reversed to achieve fully squeezed.

Hot oil press heat ring
