The whole cooking oil manufacturing project usually contains three workshops construction: oil seeds pretreatment workshop, edible oil extraction workshop and edible oil refining workshop.

Craft flow:

1.palm fruit/bunch → sterilization → threshing → digesting → clarification → purification →dring → CPO

→ refining → decolorizing → deodorizing →RBD palm oil → crystallization → fractionation → RBD olein & RBD stearin

2.palm kernel →depericarper → crushing → pressing → CPKO → refining → RBDPK oil , RBDPK olein & RBDPK stearin

After collecting by loading ramp, the palm fruit will be transport into sterilizer, and then the fruit and bunch will be separated by the thresher. The bunch will be returned into Palm Tree Plant as fertilizer, and the fruit will be pressed by screw press.

After pressing, the Palm kernel and Palm fiber impurities can be produced by further separation from the extracts. After drying, the Palm kernel can be made to palm kernel oil, the separated fiber and shell are the boiler fuel for providing steam.

The crude palm oil (CPO) can be produced by the pressed oil which has been purified. This crude palm oil can be directly sold or deeply machining. The industrial wastewater will be sent into effpalm oil refining and palm oil fractionation machine RBD olein & RBD stearin production equipmentt pond when the oil has been separated. After disposing the sewage, the residual sullages can be used as the fertilizer of palm tree.

The advantages of whole Palm oil making machien process are short period, high automation extent, protecting environment and saving energy.

Crude Palm Oil Refining Introduction:

After measurement the crude oil is pumped into the pipeline filter, then delivered to the heat exchanger for heating, after heating the oil go into the reaction tank for 30 minutes mix with acid by efficient mixer, so the nonhydratable phospholipids which is difficult to hydratedand is separated from grease, and in the next process combined with active clay ensure the oil and color stability in physical deacidification.

De-gummed oil is sent to bleaching section to bleach. Oil to be bleached is pumped to mixed tank and heating tank separately. A proportion of oil to be bleached is pumped into a mixing tank to mix with dosed carclazyte, and another part of oil to be bleached is pumped to the heater. The mixture and the heated oil go into the bleaching tank to de-colourize. Consequently, the mixture of oil and carclazyte is pumped into leaf filter to remove deposable carclazyte.

Parallel leaf filters make it possible to perform continuous operation of bleaching. Filtered oil is pumped into the storage tank for deacidification and deodorization after being cooled in a heat exchanger and filtered safely .

Deodorization section is to remove the unpleasant odor from bleached oil. Certain amount of citric acid liquid is added to the oil to be deodorized to chelate the metal ion in oil. The oil then enters a deaeration tank to remove air in the oil by high palm oil refining and palm oil fractionation machine RBD olein & RBD stearin production equipment. Then oil is pumped into a heat exchanger to raise temperature with hot deodorized oil; sunflower oil is heated further by mineral oil to raise the temperature to 240~265℃. The heated oil goes into the deodorizer tower from the top of flash sector;mixes with the rising steam to strip low molecular organic compound. Oil flows down to the bottom of tower to perform pigment decomposition. The flavor of oil is improved. Oil is pumped into the main sector of deodorizer tower to further remove free fatty acid (FFA). The vapor goes into FFA stripping sector to exchange heat; the condensed low molecular compound goes into the recycling FFA stripping system. The deodorized oil from the bottom of deodorizer tower is pumped out to exchange heat with oil that comes out from the deaeration tank, and then goes to a cooler. Finally, oil is filtered by polished filter. Final product is sent to final oil tank, which can be sold as salad oil.

Palm oil Fractionation introduction:

Dry fractionation processing method is divided into four steps: pretreatment; forming crystal nuclei with cooling method; crystal growth and maturity; separating oleic acid and solid acid with filtration method.

Set parameters automatically by computer, under different conditions of production, to adjust the production process at any time, to change the production depends on software parameters, so as to achieve variety of product and points raised 33 ℃, 24 ℃, 15 ℃, 10 ℃ different fractionated oil, without an additional investment in hardware devices
